Customer Shipping:

We ship via the courier that is the best option to get to your location. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of your placed order. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15 for orders under $100 CAD (before taxes). For orders over $100 CAD (before taxes) we offer free shipping.

Pick Up Instructions:

We will let you know when your order is ready for pick up!  Once you receive an email for pick up, your order can be picked up between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday at 733 Weiser Crescent, Anola, MB.

Returns: 

We cannot accept returns of our products if it's simply a preference (although we don't foresee this happening, cuz dang, they're delicious!). However, if there is a defect with the product, please contact us immediately! You can email us with photos of the product at info@ladydissnackers.com

Retailers:

If you are a retailer for Lady Di's Snackers, we will deliver within 50km of Anola, MB once per week. There is a $6.00 fuel surcharge per delivery. There is a minimum order of 3 cases to qualify for free delivery. $20 delivery fee if under 3 cases. If you wish to pick up at our location, let us know and we will inform you when the order is ready for pick up! We are located at 733 Wieser Crescent, Anola, MB R0E 0A0.
